The radio guides are delivered and collected everywhere thanks to an express courier service. The only task of the group leader will be to distribute the radio guides to the participants at the beginning of the trip and collect them on the last day. During the entire tour, no additional operations will be necessary, such as recharging batteries or transporting heavy and bulky equipment.

The integration of our radio guides into a tourist itinerary is extremely simple: just book the service indicating the name of the tour leader, the place and date of delivery (usually at the hotel) and the number of participants.
Our express courier will deliver the complete kit directly to the first hotel. The material is contained in a suitcase similar to a beauty case, which includes receivers, a transmitter, accessories and supplies. A complete kit for a group of 40 people weighs less than 3 kg.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the group leader will find the suitcase at the reception in his name. From that moment, he will distribute to each member of the group a receiver and a disposable earphone.
